Ok, does anyone know a really good freelance instructor in Oxfordshire? I had a great instructor, but we moved away to Oxfordshire which makes things a lot more difficult...

Has to be very capable - not just the usual riding school type instructor. Experience with difficult horses preferred...

I have an EXCELLENT one who teaches all levels, trains wiht Gerd Heuschmann and Andry Murphy, does lots of dressage but jumping too incl teaching at Talland, and not expensive either :-) I don't really get PMing so if you PM me for details i can reply to it??

My instuctor Sarah Millard has just moved to Edgecote, which I believe is Oxfordshire? She's really good-is an eventer, and knows her stuff when it comes to all three disciplines. http://www.sarahmillardeventing.com/ also not too pricey :)

I looked at her website - but does she travel far? Banbury is a bit too far... I am more in the southern part of Oxfordshire/White Horse Vale area...

I'm not sure becase she teaches me in Cambridge (her old yard is at Caxton so she comes back 1 day a week to teach there) but I would e-mail her and ask. She's really friendly and approachable and good for all levels and she explains things in a really clear way and is quite to the point, without being rude or obnoxious and is also prepared to have a bit of a laugh. :D (If you can't tell I really enjoy her lessons and get a lot out of them :p )
