Riding lessons during Covid-19

Hello all!

I'm new here and I have a question regarding self isolation & lessons as opposed to riding during lockdown/looking after your horse during covid. I have a riding lesson tomorrow but I come out of self isolation tomorrow. I did google it but the results weren't specific and it was just coming up with rules for your horse during covid so I didn't get very far. Am I still allowed to go to my lesson whilst I'm in self isolation ( I've done two lateral flow tests and they're both negative). Or is it up to my riding school? I have messaged my instructor to ask.

Then of course you cant go and have a riding lesson! You've got to be self-isolating.
