Hi all,
I've recently moved to the Manchester side of Bolton and I'm looking for some where fairly local to have some riding lessons. I sold my horses a year ago to go travelling and after settling down again I'm really missing it!!
Can someone suggest somewhere suitable? I'm hoping for close to Bolton as I don't have a car and have to rely on public transport but am also not far from Manchester either.
Thanks in advance!

Hi 'waves':) , Im not too far from Bolton and the only riding school I know nearby is Riders Farm. Im not sure what standard it is though, whether it is more suited to beginners???
Im sure theres loads more the other side of Bolton. Theres one in Croft, Manchester way too I think.
Im sure someone on here will know of more

i would definitely recommend ryders farm :) i started riding there when i was 6 or 7 and had lessons up until last year when i started loaning. i've started having lessons again this year and so far its been fab :) all of the horses are well cared for, tuition is fab, honestly its such a nice farm, not incredibly priced either - £16 for an hour group lesson.

you should give it a try :)

Thanks Jess. I've seen Ryders farm and it looks quite good but apparently they are full. I put my name on the waiting list about a week or so but haven't heard anything yet. So thought I might see if there was anything else around. Thanks heaps though!
