Riding on the beach (Frinton)

Im planning a beach adventure but not sure what times you can ride on frinton beach...can anyone help??

I tried doing a search but they are all from 2008 so maybe a little out of date info!

This time of year you can down any time (check the tides though) From March onwards its after 6pm or before 6am. Quite nice for summer evenings! We used to hack down there as were only 10mins away but plenty of room to park on the seafront. I would recomend going to the golf club end and going onto the beach via the boat launch ramp opposite the old grand hotel.

Sorry to drag up an old thread but it appeared on my search!

TJ&Ozzie, is it from Oct/Nov through to March you're not restricted to timings to be allowed on there?

Am looking to head down to Frinton this weekend as there's a low tides about 10am.

I did contact Tendering Council but even they were unsure and told me to stick to after 6pm but I thought tha was just for the summer months?

I think it's the same rules as for dogs. The reasons to keep them off in the summer are the same after all!
