Riding on the beach.... Which beach??

Hi,

I am near Reading in Berkshire.

I have been to Weston Super mare but that was quite far. Have also been to Bridgend in Wales but that was even further by loads!!!

Is there anywhere closer?

I saw some pics from Camber in PG which looked lovely but is a bit further away than WSM.

Any Ideas?

Is Hailing Island ponly friendly? Is it stones?

Hayling's more stoney in parts than most.

West Wittering would be a good bet but during the summer season you're limited to before and after hours because it's a highly highly popular beach for the general public.

You can sometimes park at a local livery yard (google Cakeham Stables, Wittering) so they might be worth a phone call.
