I was bitterly disappointed this morning ( about 0830) after approaching from behind a horse which was " weaving" on the road to see the young lady riding the chestnut horse on the main road approaching a busy roundabout, head down, reins looped, busily texting away! Why oh Why, what can be sooo important that you would be willing to risk your, your horses and everyone else's safety!
I am one of those who constantly rants at drivers who are foolish/ inconsiderate with horses on the road, but after seeing that I can see their point!
