Hello everyone,
I'll be moving to the Preston area in the next month or two. I've been looking into a riding school in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations of places to try or avoid please? I've looked at Eccleston EC but it seems quite expensive (at least a lot more than I currently pay for lessons, I see they have understandably had to increase prices due to the pandemic). If its highly recommended though I'll pay the extra!
For background, I used to ride as a child/young teenager (walk, trot, canter, jump). I've recently gotten back into riding after a gap of about 15/20 years (now early 30s) and am back to cantering level. Haven't started jumping again yet but hope to and would like to eventually get back to doing some jumping competitions (only did local stable shows when I was a kid). I'm quite nervous so somewhere with a patient instructor that will go back to basics where needed would be great. I've tried a few stables over the years near my current location and found they all pushed me too fast and ignored all the basics!
Thanks
