Riding school recommendations for nervous rider in Kent

Hi

I am hoping to get some help.


I am looking for an instructor at a riding school who understands how to teach adults that have a confidence problem with riding. My daughter has been riding for several years but after a few nasty falls, is now holding herself back because she thinks it will happen again. In turn this causes a catch 22 situation because of the nerves causes the horses she is riding to become a bit worried also.

She desperatley want to ride but find it difficult to get previous memories out of her.

I guess what i am asking is some recommendations in the kent area for riding schools that will have the time and patience to teach her. Also on horses that will give her her confidence back.
Sadly we don't have our own horses so am looking for a riding school.

Quite happy to travel, just hoping there is a gem of an instructor out there.

Have you tried the Horseshoes,or Coldblow farm,plus there is Squirrels in Bluebell Hill.

I have a friend who goes to a riding stable near Cranbrook and they have done wonders for her as she was extremely nervous having lost her confidence. It has a strange name, I'm fairly sure they call themselves " sensible equestrian" . If you google it they have a very good website. Hope that helps, when I talk to my friend I will check the name and update if I have it wrong!

Hempstead forest equestrian centre between sissinghurst and biddenden is good, and also bedgebury equestrian centre near goudhurst I have always heard good things about!

PM me, I have been very nervous in the past and with the help of wonderFul instructors am so much more confident. Where I ride is in East Sussex but very very close to Kent

I have already visited a few of those already but there are some there that i didn't even know existed.
