No need for it to be bulldozed at all - just very silly of them to think they can build where they like and get away with it.
Having built in wrong place, they just have pay for restrospective Planning Permission and footpath diversion of required.
It is a big buisness, tack shop, competion livery yard etc, so no need to pull the 'Rescue Centre' heart strings.
Yes - seems very foolish. Begs the question why diddnt they contact the council to discuss when they realised thatthe power cable were in the way? To apply for restospective PP and divert the footpath would be much cheaper than bulldozing the place.
