Riding Schools in Coventry/Solihull

Going to be on business this weekend in Meriden/Solihull/Walsall.

Can anyone recommend good places to book some (advanced) lessons. I want to ride Saturday and Sunday to relieve the boredom of just going from hotel to hotel..

Hmm not lived there for ages. I used to go to Willow Farm at Bretford, there was a good place at Baginton or Wolston, if you have time Pittern Hill down the M40 at Kineton is very good. DO NOT GO TO THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF RIDING or whatever it is called at Warwick.

If you want to try something new I went for a side saddle lesson today at pittern hill. BTW I agree the teaching was very good.

Pittern Hill has an excellent reputation. Brill for sidesaddle.

I used to train with Roger Philpot there doing Sidesaddle which is why I suggested it - glad other people out there agree too

Ahhh, that's where my friend went to train side saddle for a week. I will give them a call tomorrow.

I live in Meriden , nearest I can think of is Castlehill Riding School ,Wolston, which is Rugby side of Coventry. Paula Potter is a very good rider and teacher in dressage but not sure she gives lessons on her advanced horses .

Pittern Hill is NOT good anymore...............everyone is leaving! Rumour is that it's closing come August.

It is extremely clicky and the YM is mad!
