After having to send my new horse back, i have not really done anything about getting a new one. He knocked my confidence a bit. I also got a new job which didn't work out either

So does anyone know of any riding schools in the Essex area. I am in Chelmsford but am prepared to drive a fair way for a good school. Most of all, with horses that are not mega hard work to keep going

I love school horses but sometimes they just wanna snail pace it. But if not i'll quite happily ride the snails so.... Any info would be smashing, thanks.

HH - good - but not special enough for price.
Rayne - quality horses, instructors, well run and not too expensive.
Contessa near ware - Very good.
Maple pollard Little hallingbury - ?
Bambers Green - Good instructors, fair price, but schools need redoing really.

I used to ride at Park Lane in Ramsden Heath and loved it there, but I know It's changed hands since I left, although I did hear a while back that it was better, may be worth a look.
