Riding Schools in West yorks.....

Hi
Just wondering if anyone knows of any good riding schools in West Yorks area?
My lovely old neddy has retired and I need to brush up on my flat work.
I have tried at Yorkshire Riding Centre but they cant fit me in at weekends (I cant do weekdays).
Any recomendations??

There's quite a good one at Otley, I think, the four horse shoes? Also Norland equestrian centre at Norland near Halifax has quite a god rep. These aren't personal recomendations though as I have not been to either. Baxters at Silkstone is likely to be excellent. Mr and Mrs Baxter are pretty much retired but their daughter teaches for them. This is a personal recomendation as they taught me when they had a yard in Huddersfield many years ago!

I am very proud of my Appy, Amber, she isn't very spotty on the outside, but has all the attitude that my old very spotty one had!

There's a new one just opened up near Castleford.
Think it's called Newthorpe Equestrian centre - not been but seen it advertised

Newthorpe Equestrian Centre is near South Milford- went to a few shows there last summer. It's quite a nice place, Kate, the lady who runs it, is really nice.

Aireview Equestrian Centre in keighley is really good also acrecliffe in otley if you can get a privte lesson with Anne would be great but don't even know if she teaches much anymore....
