riding styles?

Like a lot of people I use a mixture of 'styles' especially on the Ground
Riding wise I have lessons with a RWYM instructor as it is what works for me

When I ride out at the racing yard my butt goes straight in the air and I don't worry about where my stirrups are as long as my feet are underneath me.
For when I ride my part loan horse, he has a dressage saddle but I just can't do classical (carl hester would look at me ashamed at the length of my stirrups!!) If I had to describe my normal riding style I'd say it was more show jumper esque however I do try!!

I suppose working with the racers means your fighting with yourself lol.
IM in reverse now, i ride super long and it feels weird as hell to shorten my stirrups!
