Riding with elbow injury

I've been having pain in my elbow for the last week or so, it's getting worse and I was just wondering if anyone had experience riding with elbow pain.
Also worth noting, the pain is spreading to my hand and is causing it to have less muscle strength...

Funny, I have exactly the same. I think it is from clicking on the computer too much. I have little grip strength and have taken to using my left hand for scrolling and clicking.

TBF, I have broken that elbow in the past, but think the computer/phone scrolling is irritating it.

I suffer from 'Poo pickers' elbow (more commonly known as tennis elbow!!!)? Basically a repetitive strain type injury.

I wear a tubi grip on mine when it is bad and find voltarol works well.

Had gout in my elbow couple times over the years, fortunately my boy will neck rein quite nicely ? so can ride one handed.

Red I have an old break too thought its my left so doesn't get massive useage.

I'm not normally one for gimmicks but have one of these after someone recommended it on here, in part as I was used to getting flares of said tennis elbow every so often.
The improvement (having already seen physio, had shockwave etc) was impressive, for less than the cost of a physio session. It's been in a drawer for hte last 2.5 years.
