The bridle was made-to-measure by a local saddler, actually for another of my ponies and then re-fitted for this chap. This was the best way that I could get a bridle that fitted natives and it has worked out rather economical as it is about 15 years old and has fitted two ponies.
It was the saddler who suggested putting the thinner noseband strap over the top of headpiece to be more comfortable.
The bridle is a traditional Hunter bridle, just reconfigured to fit a native pony head.
