Hubbys got really interested in the weather today - he says its going to be nice next Tuesday - oh and has asked some of my old riders to pop in over the weekend ???

oh and i have been taken of my diet, and been given extra pain killers today

Hmmn. I would prepare yourself for an extensive warm up routine and lots of stretching and flexion.
I think the bute dose may have to rapidly increase. Also maybe a bit of sedalin to take the edge off any pain related sparkiness...
