Any of those who know me....I'm the least likely person who enjoys any form of jogging/workout/etc. Far as I'm concerned....I work with horses every minute other than when I'm asleep and for a few hours in the evening when it's dark so any extra exercise is not needed lol.

However, in the past week, I have just had a complete random pull to now get fitter and start working out.
I've lost the appetite I used to have [I mean I'm not like a binger or obese....but like, I'd be inclined to a packet of crisps etc]. Had one packet of crisps yesterday for the first time in weeks I think. No chocolate virtually either.
Over the weekend, had salad and fruit. Been having a bite for breakfast rather than missing breakfast now [only say, an apple...but apparently not having breakfast is bad for your metabolism!?], swapped drinks to fruit juice and then just have dinner. Declining pudding.
I've started jogging everyday, even in all the rain!!! [granted, with the baby cob! He is my jogging buddy....he hasn't complained so far lol].
And now, sit ups in the evening. Just done 30 tonight [Yes...stomach feeling it right now.]
Plus some silly workouts to music on the TV. [LOL....with curtains closed for neighbours sanity].

Now planning on swimming twice a week also with a mate.

I actually feel good too.

And, have no extra appetite or even want junk food now virtually.

I hope this lasts lol!!!

I've gone bonkers. Everyone is looking at me weird when I confessed to me new secret obsession. :o lol.

Anyone else got a 'summer' [Ha] fitness thaaang going on? :D

I do not, although could do with getting my lard arse off the sofa and taking up some form of excercise other than the sitting on the horse for a pootle about.

If you could send me some of your motivation it would be greatly appreciated :-)

No chocolate for weeks! :eek::eek::D

Sounds like you are well and truly on the fitness bandwagon CS

I have cut wheat out again and go to Zumba every week but that is about it. I do go through stages where I find it easier to cut back on portion size and general scoffing, I like those times.
