I ordered a show halter in may for Inky. It wasnt cheap at £120. He needed a special measure. The person i ordered it from orders them from America and i was told it would only take a few weeks. . It took ages to come and came around July time. It was the wrong size. They admitted the wrong size had been made and re ordered another. This came the other day and is the same size as the first one they sent.... thus it is too small

I only have a few shows left this year and can make do with the one i have. I really wanted this one for this seasons showing. I can see that by the time i get the next halter my shows will have finished and he'll be two next year so can see him growing out of it. Am i within my rights to ask for a refund??

I personally would, getting it wrong the second time would make me want a refund and possibly take my money else where, if you gave them the measurments you wanted then I don't see why any mistake should have been made in the first place let alone twice!

Yes, they actually took the measurements themselves at a show so i cant be blamed for that one!!!!

If they took the measurments themselves and you were there (basicly to see that it was infact Inky they measured) then there is even less room for error I would think!

yes, definitely... they don't really have a leg to stand on, as it's their mistake every time, sending the wrong size. waiting from May to August and still not getting the size you need, sounds like enough grounds to ask for a refund. if they're really difficult about it, maybe order a bigger size for next year, if you absolutely have to?
