Rinseless Shampoo

Does anyone know where I can get rinseless insecticidal shampoo, my horse has got mites or lice and needs a bath but with it being so cold ive been told to look for a rinseless shampoo.

Any Ideas?

I think you would be better to treat with Coopers fly repellent, soak the horse with it and re-apply in 21 days (I think that is the correct time scale, it will say on the bottle I'm sure).
