horseobsessed - you are one of the most caring and diligent horsewomen I know, and I know how much you have been through in the last year with your lovely horse, and that the KS was yet another complication in a very difficult and sad history of problems. Jack was a very fortunate horse to have an owner who cared so much for him, and he was such a credit to you. You will have learned so much from him that you can take forward in life to horses that you will love in the future, none in the same way as him, but one day another will capture your heart. All of our animals are lent to us for only part of our lives, and sadly we will outlive many of them, but the memories of each make up the story of the lives of people who count animals as part of their family.
