RIP Jude's Law - it is with overwhelming grief that we share the loss of Jude who was euthanized this afternoon due to a ruptured secum caused by the trauma of the trailer accident.

I thought they lost Icarus? That was on FB earlier. Did they lose 2?

They lost two the stallion Ulando and Icarus.

They've lost three horses now sadly; Icarus, Jude's Law and Ulando.

Such a tragic accident I can't imagine what they're going through. Condolences to everyone involved

How very sad and tragic for them. I have been away over the weekend and out of touch

Absolutely awful. I cannot begin to imagine what they are going through... and all because a stupid driver 'didn't see the trailer' and pulled out on them. Tragic beyond words. Hugest sympathies and condolences to the whole team.
(btw, the horse is called Jude's Law... Jude Law is the actor.)

I know... Icarus, what a tragedy. That wonderful stallion, and now this lovely Irish horse. They must be numb with grief and all cried out.

I've known Ulando since he was 2. He was once described by am inspector as 'the best jumping young horse' they'd seen on their tour. He's had a very up and down career but it was great to see Karl Slezak get him going, fulfilling his early promise, even if he did lose the ride a couple of weeks ago. I don't know the connections of the other horses but well aware of how many people it takes to make a good horse and how sad and disappointing it is for all of them to have it snatched away.
