How sad that he has gone!
My boy is by him and i thought he was a lovely stallion, I think he's a great loss to the breeding world.

He was 21 but had a tumour in his bladder and they couldn't save him.

Very sad to hear, louella have some fantastic stallions, wouldlike to put my mare with primitive star. My dad also buys a lot of his racing pigeons from Louellas. RIP Lord David S. x

Such a sad loss - he was a very impressive stallion - like all the Louella "boys". I always wanted to use Primitive Rising as I saw him when the first got him & he was FAB but by the time I bought my mare he was gone so I'll look at Primitive Star if/when I want to breed from her.

Terribly sad. He was on my stallion list for Amymay.
