Well I dithered on Tuesday when a person on my yard secured a place for him at a rehabilitation centre.
Having taken time to think about it and to talk to the vet and my closest friends, I took the hardest decision this morning and took him to the vet before anybody could try and talk me out of it again.
RIP Jazz - you were the most difficult horse I had the pleasure to own and you taught me lots.
Now free from pain.

Having re-read your previous post about your boy, the suggestion that he be sent to the sales and his constant pain, you've made the brave and right decision, but a terribly hard one. Well done. What a stunningly beautiful chap. RIP Jazz.

Well done to you for making the hardest, but the right, decision. You may spend time thinking of the what if's but you really have done the best for your lad. <<<<<<<<<<<<<hugs>>>>>>>>>>>>>>for you at this difficult time.

When I didn't hear from you yesterday I thought you might have. I'm in tears too Jess; hugs to you and for my awkward, cussed but lovely baby that I couldn't help.
Please let me know the results of the PM.
