My thoughts are with you and maxapple and another member of the forum who is facing this heartbreaking time very soon.
I am always amazed at the courage and conviction you all have in standing by the oldies and making the hardest, yet kindest decision on their behalf so they may leave the pain behind and pass on with dignity.
I have had a 'last day' several years ago and face another one in the next twelve months I fear. I hope for a bit of your bravery.
