Sadly, Rosie-Mac went to a new pasture today.
She was the sweetest, kindest thoroughbred mare and will be so sadly missed.

I went to say goodbye to her, and she looked so peaceful and at rest. I'm grateful that I was called so that I could say goodbye, but it was awfully hard.

Please give hugs to tracy too, as Rosie was more her baby, I just helped with rescuing her and stabling her.
Tracy is obviously very distraught as she had to make the decision.

It's so sad to hear this after everything she went through, and you and Tracey must be devastated right now. I hope that once the grief has subsided a little, you will realise that you made her last years happy, and gave her a quality of life that was missing prior to you having her.
