This is terrible, what is wrong with people that they think it's okay to behave that way!! Glad your pony is okay and not too shaken up, must have been a terrible experience for you both!! I too would have been more concerned about my horse than getting the number plate, but definitely report it!!
It is sickening the lack of respect drivers have for our horses! If they cant find it in themselves to respect the horse, they should at least have enough common decency to respect the human being that is sitting on it's back! Makes me furious!!
