Robinsons Rider Rewards Points - they've disappeared...what now?

Was mid-payment when paypal decided to act up and boot me back to the Robinsons website. Having checked the order hadn't gone through/no money had gone etc. I went to redo my order onto to discover that my rider rewards balance is now at 0 and that they had been used on the order I was trying to place that failed.

Obviously this all had to happen just after 5pm so no customer support, although I've emailed them anyway. So...what to do? Do I re-place the order and hope they will then credit the money back to me once my points reappear, hope they honour the 20% off offer tomorrow when someone can finally reply to me or just get on and order again and use my points another time?

Would be great to here from anyone else this has happened to in case it's just a case of the system realising the order didn't go through in an hour or so and then ordering again.
