Basically since i was 11 i've really wanted a newmarket fleece. whilst browsing robbies yesterday i find it for sale with 60% off=its now FINALLY in my price range i also needed to get another numnah and found a good one (right size and not tacky) in clearance....put both items into trolley, went to checkout and computer crashes right at that point (my face)

...finally got computer working again this afternoon and had recieved an email from robinsons sa ying they were aware i had been unable to complete purchase and if i clicked on the link below it would take me back to trolley/checkout ansd the items i had selescted had been saved for me for the next few days etc. do this and appaently i was planning on purchasing nothing...

so decide to try and carry out the whole process again only to find that the nm fleece is now unavailable in the size/colour i wanted and so is the numnah

no rewal purpose to this thread, just wanted to let off steam

It may be worth contacting them, although if they're out of stock, I don't think there's much they can do! Try eBay?

i wouldn't be so wound up if they hadn't said they could rectify the situation in the first place.

The worst thing about the sales is there are never the right sizes! I always see rugs I like to find they are only available in pony size. I agree with trying eBay though.

I think they may have said that so people didn't complain and kick up a fuss!
