Robinsons rugs

The few I have are true to size but not very deep so I went a size up. I have to say the fit still isn't great though so they are packed away to use as spares

They are a bit hit and miss. I've had them come up small, big and anything in the middle.

The only thing to reccommend them to be honest is that they are cheap. The construction qualify is poor, they tend not to fit well and they don't last. The detachable velcro tail flap on the turnouts is a particular pain!

Unless you have a reason to use "disposable" rugs as I do and given that it is sales time it would probably be worth trying to get something a bit more substantial.

Robbies are taking a bashing on here today, aren't they? I hope they're paying attention!!

FWIW, my horse came with loads of Robbies rugs and I've bought more since. The sizing is a bit hit n miss - she has a fleece in a 6’3” (I think) that goes with a combo which is a 6’9”. She's usually a 6’6”. Made me chuckle a bit but definitely a good job they're only round the corner! I don't see anything wrong with the quality, but then we have no need for the all-singing all-dancing rugs that some do. They keep her warm in her stable and dry enough in summer rain. That'll do me.
