Has anyone else been sucked into the madness, gone, bought things that they probably don't need and spent money that they really should have spent on something else... Or is it just me...

Although I do love his new rugs (notice the plural :o) and i really needed the grey shampoo, gloves etc etc...

I'm lucky in that having a really long horse I can get the bargain rugs that no one else has need for, without waiting outside before it opens, and they usually have his size in stock in normal decent stuff and not just their own rubbish brands. :D

And if I do say so myself, he looks handsome in his new Caldene rug :) although a little bit disgruntled for me to be faffing about taking old tatted rugs off and putting a new shiny one on.
And I ordered another of the internet that should arrive next week :)

I got some vouchers for Christmas and went down to Robinsons today but didn't actually really need anything - my horses have so many rugs it's untrue. What I did want were some decent waterproof overtrousers, but there were none in the sale, so I got some full price ones - the Requisite own brand ones which looked better on than the more expensive makes. Also got a nice new waterproof Puffa jacket and spent the rest of the vouchers on animalintex and vetwrap as I always seem to need that!!!

I went today and had a good rummage :)

I got a really nice bridle (found it in the cardboard boxes) which I really didn't need! I now have four :)

I also found a really nice weatherbeeta combo fleece for the 4yr old who seems to be outgrowing all of his rugs very quickly!

Other things I got were a hi vis tabbard, a polo shirt for my mum, caldene jhodpurs and a little bag of various grooming products.

I only went in for a full cheek snaffle!

I resisted it and instead drove to ingatestone saddlery and bought a few select nice things like a Thermatex rug and some decent laced reins, things I have been coveting rather than spend money on little cheap bits I didn't really want

Would thoroughly recommend Ingatestone, it was mentioned on here the other day by someone so thanks for that. A great store with helpful staff :)

Not for all the tea in china! (and I DO like tea.)

My friend and I are going for a girly shopping trip to Derby House and Goldendays once the madness has died down. WHOOO! ROCK N ROLL, BABY!:D
(you'd think by the days out we have we were in our sixties But nope.... We're in our early thirties!!!)

I went today as well, got a medium turnout for £40quid, not too bad as it 1680 denier, so hopefully the rat bag won't rip that as easily! :) fingers xd!

was too manic to look at anything else!

Well I went specifically looking for a heavyweight even though he has plenty of rugs his mark tod (aka pile or crap) is falling to bits.

I ended up ordering the heavyweight I wanted online, 2000 denier - if he trashes it I will cry.

And also came away with a medium with zip on hood that was half price. To be fair I may not have needed this...

Along with some other bits.
