Robinsons Starter Kit (Rugs)

On the Robinsons website they have got a stable rug, turnout rug, headcoller and lead rope all for £35 (was orginally £50). I'm not expecting the most amazing, long lasting rugs, but do you think it's worth getting? has anyone bought it?

If they are requisite rugs no, they break in seconds. The RS bought 6 for the yard, in the first week 3 of them lost straps!

I've found the Requisite stable rugs to be fine, like you say not the most amazing but still perfectly adquate - although I can't comment on the turn out rugs.

Probably all right for stable rugs but wouldn't recommend for turnout ones.

I brought my Requisite stable rug for two years (when I was a bit desperate for extra rugs) - and I think I paid about £20 something for it. It's looking a bit tatty now and the fillet string was long ago replaced with baling twine, it's still functional but I'll replace it this year - but for what I paid can't really complain!

Havent found there rugs too bad, sometimes the fit isnt brilliant but ok for a starter, found them better than my musta rugs so they cant be that bad.

Good. So if the stable rugs about £20 another £15 for the rest of it, it won't matter if he trashes the turnout rug.

I have found that the rugs come up really small, but apart from that they aren't bad for the price you pay. No, they don't last long, but then for such a small amount of money, would you expect them to

I had a couple and they lasted years
