Anyone got one or used one?

What are they like?

If you had £3K to spend would you buy a new one of these or a 2nd hand Ifor or something else?

My box is a Henra and I believe they make the Robinson's trailers. I really like mine its light 750kg carries 2 17hh horses and doesnt rattle like the Ifor.

Sorry not got a Robinsons one, but I love my Bateson Deauville. Got it second hand in good condition and its brill. Realy light (800kg) to tow and move, nice and airy inside and will fit up to 2 - 17hh horses.

you can get a new ifor for 3k. and a good few other 2nd hand trailers that ar emuch better made

Ive had a look at the robinsons trailers last time i was up there. They looked flimsy, badly made and badly thought out (you could apparently put a 16.2hh horse in it but i wouldnt have put anything over 14hh in it). The ones i saw didnt have a front ramp and even the display models hinges didnt close properly. I couldnt get in and out of the jockey door as it was just that bit too small and im fairly flexible!

Second Hand or new, I'd go for the Deauville every time, great build, tows well, light & airy, & retains value.......Oh yes...I've got a Deauville as well
