I've wasted hours of time and effort over last couple of days trying to research and buy a saddle that was never actually in the sale.
70% off making it a bargain, but apparently the last one was sold the day before the sale started.
This i found out after emails, phone messages and phone conversations chasing the illusive sale saddle.
I am not sure whether to feel sympathy for the person who bought a saddle the day before the sale started or hugely cynical.
Staff very helpful, polite and apologetic about it all but not a great bargain after all...and I won't be wasting my time in the future. :-(
Feeling very disappointed and a bit misled.
Hope other bargain hunters are more in luck.
