Most of the stuff I've ordered or friends have ordered has been pretty quick. Maybe try calling them and chasing them up, it might have been out of stock or something and they're waiting for it to come back in?

yes yes yes .... im still waiting for my ten tack lockers from there
but may be its coz its a heavy load ! as they were very quick getting my rugs and joddys and coat that was a month ago

I won't order from them anymore, either on web or by phone...delivery service is terrible.

I have used them alot and they have always been quick with me. Try and kick up a bit of a stink saying that you've had no conformation about your order and they may be a bit more helpful!

yeah i ordered some boots on friday and the money hasnt even come out of my account yet! but on the website it says dispatched?

Im in northern ireland and anytime i order from them ive received it within 2 working days of placing the order.

Only thing i experienced was they didnt put one headcollar in the package, so they refunded me and sent me one free of charge!!!

I was having trouble using the website, so gave up and rang the order through. Arrived within 3 days. Very helpful and polite staff.

I find them pretty good, although my first online order with them I noticed the size and colours had changed on the final order form from what I had chosen and had to ring them but they were helpful and they've always been quick with their deliveries.

I don't use Derby House Saddlery anymore.

Most of the time they've been great with me, but I have had one or two problems with them.
When I last ordered from them my order took about 5 hours to appear on the tracking system, so I guess it can be a little slow sometimes!

Stassy, can I ask why you don't use Derby House anymore? I've always found them to be excellent.

Requested a calatogue and never received it. Slow delivery, waited over a month for one item then got a letter saying they couldn't send it anymore and also said I would not be refunded?!?!? (and I still haven't got my money back). They used to be good but there are lots of mail order companies out there now.
