Rockfish clothing?

Seen these Rockfish Rider waterproof high-vis trousers on the net. Would adore a pair!!! Just wondering if anyone has any experience with their sizing??? I'm a size 12 (bordering on 14 rather than 10) and only 5ft tall :/ their M is 10-12, and their L is 12-14. Do the sizes tend to come up big or small? Should I get M or L? Also, what is the leg length like? Don't want to buy them just to have to spend a ton of money getting them altered, and losing all the high-vis to boot. Advice would be much appreciated.

I'm 12/14, and mine are L. And the waist is snug

I love them, though - they're ones that have full length zips on both legs, so you can put them on (and take them off)over jodhs and boots with no struggles). And they're definitely waterproof.

The hi viz stuff comes up very small, while their other stuff is true to size.
