Saw one in the flesh in a tack shop the other day - very very nice! Certainly very shiny and reflective, nicely styled too. Only the price tag made me walk away.

I am a little put off by the price but it would be a christmas/birthday pressie from my mum

I currently have a Luna Rider one and although it fits well and is warm, it hasn't stayed waterproof.

I think they look great (haven't got one though!). I have had my eye on that pink one too.

I've just my copy of Your Horse through the post and they reviewed it and it only scored six out of ten, it seemed it wasn't comfortable to ride in as the Reflexite strips on the arms dug into the tester when she bent them.

Have a flick through Your Horse this month, they have done a tried and tested feature on Hi Vis jackets. They gave this one a 6/10 and said that although it looked good it was really uncomfortable and that the reflective strips are stiff and dug in to the testers arms when she bends them...not ideal for riding I wouldn't have thought!

Thanks for your replies, looks like it's back to the drawing board then - I do like the look of the Mountain Horse one but not sure if I can be cheeky enough to ask for that much!
