Rocky Update, and looking for a loan horse??

Hi all, we are 6/7 weeks into our box rest now - Rocky has had his coffin joints injected and is just about to take his first step down dosage wise on the Navilox. Went back up to the vets today and although he looks better he is still noticeably lame so am to carry on with the box rest and re-assess in 7 weeks time!

In the meantime I am thinking about trying to find another horse on loan - if Rocky does ever come sound enough to be turned out then he can be a companion to the loan horse. But seriously - where can I find a good loan horse? I find the adverts on the web are all really outdated and have driven around tackshops today and haven't found much??

Any hints?

No bigger than 16Hh really - and I would like something to have some fun with - so local shows/dressage/sponsored rides/schooling/have lessons etc! Have got my own transport so would love to be able to have lots of fun!
