What size do you have?! I dont know what size to get - they come in small medium large, see I think I have quite a small neck am a size 8 on top. But am thinking small could be childs size!

I have got one, but don't know what size it is! I won it in a competition in Eventing magazine, didn't realise they came in different sizes. Mega uncomfortable but I figure they are there to do a job not for comfort - sorry, thats no help with your query

I have a medium but they have velcro both ends so it is easily adjusted. Would never go cross-country without mine as once had a fall and doctor said it had prevented me getting serious whiplash! Can sometime be unconfortable when I first put it on but once I am going cross-country I never notice it is there
 
Its like wearing a really constricting shirt and tie so takes a bit of adjustment to get it so you can breathe when wearing it

I think a small one would be OK for you if you are so petite
