Rodney Powell?

Has anyone had a lesson with him, or seen him giving a lesson? I am lucky enough to have won a lesson with him as a prize for winning the junior section of the Teamchase the weekend before last, but all I know about him is that he made my body protector

so just wondering if he is any good, really. thanks

Yeh he is a top rider and trainer in the country. The lesson will be fantastic! Lucky You, well done for winning it. When is the lesson? You better get loads of pictures!!!!

I had a lesson with him many years ago. For those who remember back then it was not long after he had sold "Irishman".

He WAS (This was over 10 years a go) quite strict and could get stroppy quite quickly (The other person in my lesson was not listening and he nearly lost his temper with him) but the lesson was very good and he really got my horse jumping.

It was a memorable lesson and well worth the money.
