I have had to turn off
We had a horse that had a similar op - just a small hole with a tube inserted so we could flush the pus twice a day.
I have had to go home from work ill today and the memory of the smell of the pus has tipped me over the edge again. The cheesy stuff simply smells like death.
Must admit it wasn't pleasant viewing watching the horse op, and I suspect the lady I know who had this op done to her horse was in tears! wasn't a very good outcome, even though the op was a relative success, the horse was never right in the head after wards, and more or less committed suicide.
