It is hard work but very rewarding as well.... although I won't relax until all this years babies are hipefully safely here, and all the mares are safely back in foal again for 2008...well actually then I'll start worrying about next years babies!! lol

*Groans* Not again!!!!!

Im trying to do an assignment here. How inconsiderate!

(hope all goes well) I was so pleased I got to see the last one! *insert smug face here* Shame I couldnt count it as one of my "witnesses"!!! That would make for an interesting write up in my numbers book!

Do you sell all your babies Rollestone or do you keep any? I myself would want to keep them all!!

Last year we sold them both...the year before we sold them all bar Inde who we are keeping as a possible stallion and Saff who nobody wants...

Poor little girl - it's the chestnut mare syndrome!! So she'll be kept and backed and sold as a 4 year old...

It's ok if I KNOW they're going to be sold like last year when they were sold within weeks of birth as I don't get attached but if I thought we were keeping one and then we changed our minds I'd find it very hard if I'd gotten attached - I'm too soft really - my other half is forever telling me I need to toughen up!

She seems very happy and content at the moment.

Rollestone, will you be going down to give us all a wave?

[/ QUOTE ]

LoL sorry by the time I get down there I'll be in a big panic and wont remember to wave!! I'm the one who paces up and down pointing a camera...my other half does the usual things like helping mum with baby if neccessary!
