I've downloaded the thingy like it said, but still just get a grey page and a small red 'x'

How do we view it??

My computer prompted me to download activeX (or summat like that) when i first opened the window...then it worked.

Not sure if that helps or not!

I clicked on rollerstones siggy, maybe that will get you there but to be honest at the mo its like watching paint dry !!
