well me and daughter spent an hour

tryin to catch her bloody horse earlier, tried the slow approach with a feed bucket

but no he didn't want to know.
So we then gave him a lunge free lesson round his large paddock, 15 mins later butter wouldn't melt in his mouth.

In my garden I have a huge rhubarb patch and I need to 'harvest' some this weekend before it takes over! So do you think a huge crumble or some kind of tart/pie??

Ok so it looks like its going to be a huuuuuge crumble

- with toasted almonds on the top.....there will be slightly more crumble than rhubarb if thats ok

I always add porridge oats to my crumble for extra flavour and texture

I put ground almonds in the crumble and flaked on the top so they go all yummy and toasty - might try some porridge oats too!
