I've read and replied, it's a terrible situation and I really feel for her.

I've only seen one foal rejected by the mare,(traumatic birth) and it was such hard work. In the end they found a foster mum, and the foal survived.

Don't know what to say to her as I'm no expert. She must be feeling like her world's caved in.
