Good morning. Phew I didnt miss any action last night. What is the maximum number of days a horse can be in foal?

I was wondering that Selkie, I've tried soooo hard not to watch but was lucky enough to see winter foal the other night and just can't keep away !

I wish they'd zoom in on the baby when the others go out....I really want a look! lol I'm so bummed I missed the foaling, I gave up like an hour before!

Morning, glad I didnt miss anything. Went to bed at 10.30 with a sleeping pill.. far too much laptop watching. Refreshed this morning and all set for the action tonight!!

Morning! I had a quick look last night but decided nothing was going to happen. OK Nadja could have caught them out but I have noticed that Rollestone bandage tails when they think foaling is imminent!

No tail bandage...no foalie!

Can a vet induce a labour in mare? Nadja has been hibernating that foal of hers for almost a year now. It's either going to be a porker when it arrives or a shriveled little prune!! lol

I think I went to bed about 30 mins before

I thought she looked ready to be honest but then she had had that tail in the air all day! Pesky mare.

I want to see the abby too

Hi - have just had a quick look and they are all present and correct and eating!!!!

I'm off out to feed the beasties and then have to go out for a couple of hours - I know almost a life and no commitment to the foalcam!! - so I don't want any action until I'm back.

*tootles off safe in the knowledge that they will only be half way through their hay....*

I know how you feel I missed Kossette as I went out to dinner and then missed Winter as I was at the theatre - and I hardly EVER go out

Soooo - I am back from work today and off to get some stuff at Waitrose then that is it - a glass of wine and a takeaway and the foal cam

How can she possibly hide!!! I think she must still be out in the sunshine. Hopefully that will encourage her to get on with it.

Could someone let her know that tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful here in the west and it would be a perfect day for baby to make an appearance!
