Hey all, it's a mixed bag here up in Bonnie Scotland - but dry at least. Been to see Risky - given him a nice groom and now I'm watching the mighty Glasgow Rangers winning the Scottish League!

well just got back from show and went and fed our horses and phew didn't know I was so tired until I sat down with my coffee, and I'm well browner than this morning.
Daughter got a 2nd in pony club type and a 6th in M&M not bad seeing as horse she'd rode had only 2 months ago came out of 6months box rest for severe tendon injury

Been out and about in the sunshine for a bit, now putting my feet up, after chasing one of the ponies round the field to get a head collar on her, just to put on some fly repellant!!!!

Her reaction was "OMG you are going to eat me"!!! Stupid horse!!

Anyway, what's all this about Matilda going to stud????

- been really hot and have got sunburnt arms from washing horses and doing some gardening!!

Glad you had a nice day, the weather has been really lovely. Unfortunately the forecast has said thunder and showers for part of next week!!!

Ponio should have been left to be bitten by flies, but....I felt sorry for her! She's brilliant with fly spray on the yard, just has a thing about having it put on in the field!!

I can't believe only one more foal to go!!!

Do we then sit round watching empty stables until next year????

!!! Here in planet lala land.....

My sister was saying about storms etc

- am going to ride early tomorrow just in case - still we could still use some proper rain as the last lot didn't really make much of an impression on the ground over here!!

Bloody typical though - just spent agggggggges today making my boy handsome AND sparkly white

- looks like we'll be back to hippo brown again.....

I know how you feel!! My mare thinks that she should have been at least dark bay!!

She has been known in the past, after a bath, to lie down in the embers of a bonfire!!!! Don't ask...she thought it was funny, I thought she'd lost the will to live!!! and btw, it wasn't me that started a fire in the horses' paddock..it was when I was at livery!!!
Little wonder I moved!!

Im sort of here... watching BGT... and struggling through a bloody cold. EEURGGH I feel rough. Got through two days of judging and got a 2 hr journey to Catton Park tomorrow, I could do with being fully fit.....
