There have been a few since Eclipse, however, we are now tuning in to the last (maybe one more, not sure) mare to foal!!!

There has been a long gap since the last one, so, we have been chewing nails and drinking lots!!! Terrible thing addiction!!!

It is absolutely foul here - is chucking it down and thunder and lightening!!

Am just pulling on waterfproofs to brave the County Show

- such a shame all the hard work and organising is spoilt by the crap weather!!

How are we all today? It is dry so far but threatening rain. Still babysitting and going to horses this afternoon.

I'm back!!

Have been up to the County Show

- had to make it a mission od mercy as my sister has a stand there and needed her wellies as it is so wet!!

Is a real shame as a lot of the horse classes were being cancelled - usually a really big horse show as it is a qualifier for so many of the bigger shows - anyway I managed to watch the hunt go round the main ring and laugh at the hounds escaping and clearing up in the beer tent and round the burger vans!!

I tired to sell my neice as a yard slave to the Devils on Horseback stuntriding team

and bought a new pink Hi - Viz tabbard with 'Does my bum look big in this?' on the back!!!

Am now spending the rest of today on the sofa

- am debating whether to light the wood burner on as its bloody freezing!!

I'm back too! Dripping all over the floor!!!

I had thought about starting the wood burner, but, just as I was going to get some wood....the sun has come out!!!

I can't believe it!!! (Victor Meldrew moment!!

) I've just waded round and when I've finished the bl**dy rain stops!!!

I give up, settling down with a nice cuppa and deciding what to make for dinner! Then I'm not budging form this laptop for the rest of the evening!!!

Evening all, well it serves me right for reading your postys about being so wet earlier and feeling a bit smug as it was so nice and dry here!

So I go out riding, blueish sky with a hint of grey, turns into navy and proceeds to throw down hail the size of golf balls for 40 mins! Then complete blue sky for the last 20 mins of the ride! Wet right thro... Was happy that oh had my dinner ready when i got out the bath!

Oh cheese straws!!! I haven't had one of those for ages!!

Must be the weather then, as I've been trying for ages to get the cam up on my laptop. Mind you, my laptop keeps logging me off HHO and I have to keep signing back in!!!!
