Tell me about it!!! I don't know how we survived back then!! My God we took some risks!

My kids (not so little now!) wouldn't wear one, until daughter had a particularly naughty pony, then she did! She said that, although this is not their purpose, it gave her more confidence to deal with the situation when the pony played up

I can understand what she means!!

I just bought a new one as my boy has started being a twat when going out on his own - I just feel more confident when wearing it.

My eldest neice was doing the whole 'I don't need to wear one...

' thing the other day until she started jumping - did a bigger jump and nearly crapped herself

and couldn't put it on fast enough to finish her lesson!!

I think it helped that she had to wear it at PC as it means they got used to doing stuff in them.
