i just rang miss buffay she is feeling much better and has bin at work all day then had to do her horses so havin a earlie night i think!

got a quick question how long would it take for a horse to get chronic laminitis? just goin thru the other forums and somthink caught my eye! sorry its not relevent!

Sorry! Just back quickly to say that chronic laminitis can happen very quickly, acute laminitis is very, very bad.

Chronic laminitis would probably take about two to three days to show up. At least that's my experience. Although if you really watch your ponies then you should be able to spot some of the signs much quicker.

thanks i thought you would spot it soon aswell as the symptoms are so bold! i can see a stance a mile away lol been with lots of ponies that are prone to laminitis!! i wont say anything on the other post it was just for me to know!!
