Well you probably don't want to know that your mouth is the least sterile place on your body - and regular teeth brushing won't make any real difference to the amount of bacteria in your mouth it just helps to regulate the balance of good and bad bacteria by reducing the amount of food available to them!! So that was a long way of saying that - yes your mouth is full of those wrigglies too!!!

Samstar - think I'm doing quite well really, I've halved the amount, and hope to half it again in the next three months!!! Too stressful to give up totally!!!

I can't remember when I gave up now - it was a while ago though.

I went through a phase of smoking occaisionally (usually if I got plastered!!

) or if there was something really stressful happening. I would just smoke that day/night and wouldn't want anymore. Now I just don't even fancy one anymore.....

Good for you! It's a hard habit to break, but I will conquer it!!!

Daughter has just told me that they had a horse PTS where she 's working today!!! It's awful. I can't believe how many people are having to go through this at the moment, so sad!

I suppose it's highlighted more on HHO but, still, it's sad for the people involved.

Anyway, I'm going to put the kettle on, anyone for a cuppa, before I retire to my pit???
